Great question! All of our work is performed on an open book cost of work plus a fee basis. Once you approve your plans and request our services, we will prepare a thorough line item estimate. You will be furnished copies of all the subcontractor and various other material and labor estimates. We will then build the house on paper with your input. This team approach allies us as partners in the construction process.

If budget revisions are needed, we can price alternate subcontractors or suppliers for you, eliminating the need for you to go through the same exercise more than once.

After you have approved the budget, we will schedule construction and work with you closely to ensure the fulfillment of your dreams and expectations.
